You can now connect your Yelp Business Page to Chatavise to sync and monitor your Yelp reviews in one centralized place. This article walks you through how the Yelp integration works, how to connect it to your Chatavise business profile, and where to view synced reviews afterward.
1. Overview
The Yelp integration allows you to:
Sync all Yelp reviews into Chatavise for easier management
Attribute reviews to your team members for leaderboard and performance tracking
Access live review links to view the original Yelp post directly
Analyze feedback trends alongside your other review platforms
⚠️ Important: Yelp prohibits directly soliciting customer reviews. Please read Yelp’s policy on review solicitation before requesting feedback from your customers.
2. Requirements
Before connecting Yelp to Chatavise, you’ll need:
An active Yelp Business Page for your company.
If you don’t have one yet, visit Yelp for Business to create and verify your page.
A corresponding Business Profile set up inside Chatavise.
This is the location you’ll map to your Yelp page.
You can find additional setup resources on the integration page inside Chatavise.
3. Step 1: Access the Yelp Integration Page
In Chatavise, navigate to Reviews → Manage Sites.
Locate Yelp in the list of review platforms and click Manage.
On the Yelp integration page, you’ll find:
An overview of the integration
Resource links and articles on how to create and manage your Yelp Business Page
A reminder of Yelp’s review solicitation policy
4. Step 2: Connect Your Yelp Business
Click Add Business.
Select the Chatavise Business Profile (location) you want to link.
If you only have one business, it will appear automatically.
Enter your business name and address, then click Search.
If nothing appears, double-check your address format to match Yelp’s listing.
When your Yelp page appears in the results, click it and select Connect Yelp Business.
Chatavise will now begin syncing your Yelp reviews automatically.
5. Step 3: Manage and View Yelp Reviews
Once your Yelp business is connected:
You’ll see your review count and connected business details on the Yelp page.
To view synced reviews:
Go back to Reviews in Chatavise.
Filter by Yelp to see all reviews pulled from your Yelp page.
From there, you can:
Open individual reviews to view details such as location and content
Mention team members or add internal notes for collaboration
View the live Yelp review link to see the post on Yelp’s platform
⚠️ Note: Chatavise does not support replying directly to Yelp reviews. You can, however, open the review on Yelp via the link to respond there.
6. Disconnecting Yelp
If you ever need to disconnect your Yelp page:
Click the Remove or Disconnect button beside your connected business.
Be aware that this will remove all synced Yelp reviews from Chatavise as well.
Only proceed if you’re certain you want to delete the data.
