This article explains how to request the removal of a Google review from your Google Business Profile if the review is inaccurate, spam, or from someone you never served.
While Google does not guarantee removal, this process allows you to formally report the review and start the review moderation process with Google.
When Should You Report a Google Review?
You may want to request removal if a review:
Was left by someone who was never a customer
Appears to be posted on the wrong business profile
Contains false, misleading, or fabricated claims
Is spam, offensive, or violates Google’s review policies
Google automatically filters some spam reviews, but others may require manual reporting.
