Connecting your Jobber account to Chatavise allows job and client data to sync instantly, enabling powerful automations like appointment reminders, review requests, and customer follow-ups. This guide walks you through the simple process of connecting Jobber to Chatavise.
How to Connect Your Jobber Account
- Navigate to CRM → Automation → Business Platforms → Jobber.
- Click Connect your Jobber account.
- Sign in to your Jobber account if prompted — if you're already signed in, the authorization screen will appear automatically.
- Review the permissions Chatavise is requesting and click Allow access.
- Select the Chatavise location you want to connect to this Jobber account.
- Click Finish connecting.
Once connected, you'll see your Jobber account details including the number of clients synced, the Jobber account name, the connection status, and the Chatavise location it's linked to.
Connecting Multiple Jobber Accounts
If you manage multiple Jobber accounts or businesses, you can connect more than one. Each Jobber account connects to a single Chatavise location — simply repeat the connection process for each Jobber account you want to link.
How to Disconnect Your Jobber Account
If you need to remove a Jobber connection:
- Go to CRM → Automation → Business Platforms → Jobber.
- Find the connected Jobber account you want to remove.
- Click Remove.
- Confirm by clicking Disconnect.
Disconnecting stops future job and client data from syncing between Jobber and Chatavise. Your existing Chatavise data remains intact.
