Version 2025.9.0 focuses on usability and compliance across the app, plus refinements to Reviews and Surveys. You’ll see clearer navigation, safer message-length limits, faster tagging and segmentation, and new survey-to-workflow connections.
Platform-Wide Updates
Message length safeguard (all text areas): Hard limit set to 1,600 characters. Messages over 1,600 are rejected by carriers; this guard helps you stay compliant before sending.
Navigation refresh:
Reviews and Surveys now appear as separate suites.
CRM moved alongside core products.
Setup items (Automations, CRM settings, etc.) grouped toward the end for clarity.
Contacts: When adding a single contact, you can now apply tags immediately (better downstream segmentation).
Reviews Suite
Automation tab (new location):
Houses reply templates (for consistent responses).
Auto-Reply Management toggle per location—let Chatavise reply on your behalf using your templates.
Website Widgets: Formerly “Snapshot,” renamed for clarity.
Competitor Tracking: Formerly “Radar,” now under Reviews. Track your location(s) and competitors on Google to compare review velocity and totals.

Sharing & Workflows
Share Links: Create public links for anonymous submissions (email, social, etc.).
Workflows using this survey: See which workflows include the survey; click through to adjust actions or triggers.
Responses & Ranking
Needs Attention: Action menu relocated for clarity.
All Responses: Clearer label for the full response list.
Ranking: Consolidated into one tab with Locations and Team subviews.
Compliance & Growth
Marketing SMS opt-in from surveys: Add an opt-in checkbox so respondents can subscribe to your marketing texts directly from a survey (similar to review invites).
