This update brings a wide range of improvements across the Setup, Marketing, Survey, and Review Suites—along with new dashboards, design changes, and productivity-focused enhancements.

1. Setup Page Updates
New Location & Structure
The Setup page has been moved from the top navigation bar to your profile dropdown on the top right.
From there, you can access:
Business Profiles (previously “Locations”)
SMS Settings
Billing
User Management
Business Profiles
Within Business Profiles, you can:
Update business details
Configure Auto-Reply messages for after-hours or inactive times
Access your Review Invite Setup, including links to the latest guide on how to configure them

SMS Page
A new SMS Management page allows you to:
View and assign phone lines to specific business profiles
Track carrier registration status
Set up opt-in messaging for your Marketing Suite, including confirmation text templates for new subscribers
Billing remains accessible here as well, though its functionality remains unchanged.
2. Marketing Suite Enhancements
New Keyword Dashboard
Users leveraging Keywords for opt-ins now have a dedicated Keyword Dashboard displaying:
Total keyword submissions
New subscribers acquired via each keyword
Keyword engagement trends over time
Direct Tap-to-Join links for simplified subscriber opt-in
Lead Form Dashboard
The Lead Form Dashboard now tracks:
Page views (impressions)
Form submissions
Conversion rates across standalone forms, web chat, and pop-ups
This makes it easier to measure how effectively your lead capture forms are performing across channels.
New Pop-Up Form Builder
A brand-new Pop-Up Form Builder lets you embed a floating form directly on your website.
You can:
Design your form visually
Add custom fields
Adjust display timing
Preview your form in real-time before publishing

Campaign Link Tracking
When creating an SMS campaign, Chatavise now automatically generates tracked short links—no need to visit the Short Links tool manually.
This lets you:
Track link clicks
Identify which contacts clicked
Measure click-through performance at scale
⚡ Coming soon: this same auto-tracking will be available for Workflows, making campaign analytics even more seamless.
3. Survey Suite Updates
Contact Field Mapping
You can now add contact information fields (name, phone number, email) to surveys.
These automatically:
Convert anonymous survey responses into contacts
Sync directly into your Chatavise CRM
Perfect for anonymous or public survey links, allowing you to capture contact data from social media or email campaigns.
Updated Sharing & Design
The Survey Suite continues to support anonymous sharing links, and design improvements make it easier to preview and edit surveys in real time.
4. Review Suite Enhancements
Updated Reviews Page
The Reviews page has been redesigned for improved readability and management.
You can still:
View, filter, and respond to reviews
Attribute reviews to team members
Manage review site integrations
At this time, Google Reviews is fully migrated to the new integration system, with Facebook, Yelp, and Better Business Bureau integration updates rolling out soon.
New Overview Dashboard
The Reviews Dashboard has been renamed to Overview and now tracks:
Review invites sent
Click rates
Conversion rates (invite → review)
Average star rating trends
This gives a fuller picture of how well your team is performing in review generation and response activity.
Competitor Tracking Relocation
The Competitor Tracking feature, previously located under Feedback, has been moved to the Review Suite.
This tool allows you to:
Compare your review growth with competitors
Monitor total reviews, ratings, and trends over time
