Version 2025.12.0 introduces one of the most important updates to Chatavise to date. This release focuses on visibility, automation insights, and continued improvements across the Reviews experience—helping you better understand how Chatavise is working for your business.

New Overview Page
Chatavise now includes a dedicated Overview page, giving you high-level insights into how your account is performing and how much work is being automated on your behalf.
This dashboard is designed around a single goal: maximizing automation so your team can focus on higher-value work.
Key Metrics on the Overview Page
Automated Messages Sent
Shows how many messages were sent automatically by Chatavise, highlighting how much manual effort is being removed from your workflow.Estimated Time Saved
Automated messages are estimated to save 60 seconds each
Automated tasks like tagging, assigning contacts, or creating reminders save 10 seconds each
Estimated Labor Savings
Time savings are converted into estimated labor cost savings using a conservative $14/hour baseline wage.New SMS Subscribers
Tracks new opt-ins for marketing SMS.Reviews Gained
Displays how many reviews were posted in the last 30 days (requires Google or Facebook reviews to be connected).Surveys Sent & Completed
Shows survey activity and completion performance.
Automation Coverage Score
A new Automation Coverage Score measures how much of your communication and operational activity is being handled by Chatavise.
Target score: 90% or higher
Ideal score: Close to 100%
The goal is for Chatavise to initiate most communications automatically, leaving your team to focus only on conversations that require a personal response.
AI-Powered Account Insights (Kelli)
The Overview page includes AI-generated insights from Kelli, Chatavise’s AI assistant.
Kelli analyzes your last 30 days of activity to:
Highlight automation wins
Identify opportunities to automate more
Provide encouragement when your score is strong
Recommend next steps if automation coverage is low
Launch Progress Wizard
The Overview page also includes a Launch Progress Wizard, which helps guide you through unfinished setup steps across Chatavise.
Each step includes:
Clear progress indicators
Links to relevant setup videos
Guidance for activating features like surveys, reviews, and automations
This is especially helpful for teams who haven’t fully explored certain suites yet.
Automation Menu Relocation
The Automations menu has been moved under CRM.
You can now access:

Playbooks
Business platform integrations
from CRM → Automations.
This change helps group related functionality in a more intuitive way.
Improved Review Detail View
The Reviews experience continues to evolve with a refreshed Review Detail View.

Yelp Review Integration Now Available
Yelp is now officially supported as a review source in Chatavise.
With Yelp connected, you can:
Sync Yelp reviews into Chatavise
Attribute reviews to locations and team members
View Yelp reviews alongside other platforms
Direct replies to Yelp reviews are not supported (per Yelp’s rules), but deep links to the original review are available.
Coming soon: Better Business Bureau integration.
