Chatavise continues to evolve, and our latest release—version 2026.5.0—brings several major updates to improve your experience across the platform. This May 2026 release introduces a redesigned navigation menu, a new marketing dashboard, a brand-new Leads feature, and a powerful missed call trigger for automation workflows.
Below is a breakdown of what's new and how each update benefits your team.
New Side Navigation Menu
We've moved the main navigation from the top of the screen to a new side menu on the left. This change was made to accommodate our growing list of features and products while giving you a cleaner, more organized experience.
What's in the Side Menu
- Overview — Your main dashboard when you log in
- Chats — Same layout as before
- Reviews — Access the reviews product suite via dropdown
- Leads — A brand-new product (more details below)
- Surveys — Same as before
- Marketing — All marketing suite features
- Team — Team tracking and management
- Referrals — For those using the referrals feature
- CRM — Same as before
- Automation — Now its own dedicated section (previously under CRM)

Collapsible Sidebar
If you need more screen space, click the toggle at the top to collapse the sidebar. Hover over it to expand it again. This gives you flexibility whether you're on a smaller screen or just prefer a cleaner view.
New Marketing Dashboard
If you're using the Marketing suite, you'll now see a new dashboard that provides visibility into your subscriber activity and campaign performance.
Dashboard Metrics
- Subscriber Activity — See how many subscribers you're gaining and where they're coming from
- New Subscribers Over Time — Track growth over a selected period
- Text Blasts — Formerly called "campaigns," this shows how many you've sent
- Click Rates — Monitor engagement with your messages
- Reply Rates — See how many recipients respond
- Opt-Out Rates — Track unsubscribes
Use the filters at the top to adjust the time period for your data.
Coming Soon: Revenue Tracking
In a future update, we'll be adding revenue generated metrics. When connected to your business platform (like Jobber or Housecall Pro), Chatavise will pull in job data generated from your text blasts and show you how much revenue is tied to your marketing efforts.
New Leads Feature
This release introduces a completely new Leads product designed to help you manage and act on incoming lead opportunities from multiple sources.
What Generates a Lead
Leads can come from:
- Sign-Up Forms — When someone fills out a form
- Facebook Messenger — When someone messages your Facebook page
- Missed Calls — When someone calls your Chatavise phone number and you don't answer
- Referrals — When a referral is submitted
- Marketing Link Clicks — When someone clicks a link in a marketing campaign
- Sign-Up Keywords — When someone texts a keyword to subscribe
Managing Leads
The Leads section includes:
- Leads Dashboard — View and manage all your leads in one place
- Sign-Up Forms — Same forms you may have used before, now organized here
- Sign-Up Keywords — Manage all your keywords
- Landing Pages — Build dedicated pages for specific campaigns or customer journeys
Chatavise is action-oriented—we want to help you get more reviews, gain deeper insight, and generate more revenue. The Leads feature ensures you can act on every opportunity that comes your way.
New Missed Call Trigger
We've added a new missed call trigger for automation workflows. This allows you to automatically respond when someone calls your Chatavise phone number and doesn't get through.
How It Works
- A customer calls your Chatavise phone number
- The call redirects to your mainline (as configured in your location profile)
- If the call is missed, the trigger fires
- Your workflow automatically texts the customer back
Workflow Actions
With the missed call trigger, you can:
- Send an automatic text message — Respond instantly to missed calls
- Assign to a team member — Route the lead to the right person
- Tag the contact — Organize and track missed call leads
This is a speed-to-lead feature—reaching out to potential customers as quickly as possible increases your chances of winning their business. Missed calls will also appear in your Leads dashboard so you can track these opportunities.
Getting Help
If you have any questions about these updates or need assistance, click your profile at the bottom of the side menu, select Get Help, and then Contact Us. You can also browse our support articles or submit feedback directly to the team.
Final Notes
This release is packed with improvements designed to help you save time, stay organized, and act on every opportunity. We appreciate every client and business we work with—thank you for giving us the opportunity to help you save time, make money, get more reviews, and gain deeper insight into your customers.
